Synopsis

They appear successively in still images, gestures of hands and feet intertwined, contracted and contorted. Each image emerges from the dark and then dissolves into the dark. A voice prays a litany: ORA PRO NOBIS. Rhythm is like the closing and opening of an eye (the camera's eye), summoned by the invocation.
